What is the arrival procedure for meet and greet
If you have booked the BAA Official Valet Parking simply drive straight to the airport terminal you are departing from and check in at the Valet Parking office. If you are using most of the other Valet Parking providers you will need to call them generally 20 - 30 minutes before your are due to arrive so that they can ensure a driver is waiting for you. They will help unload your luggage, make a check of your car and then take your car away to their secure car park.
On your return to Heathrow, when you have cleared customs and retrieved your luggage, you will then need to call your meet and greet company so that they can bring your car back to the airport. They will tell you where they will meet you, normally just outside the terminal.
