Arrival Procedures

When booking this car park please make sure you enter your correct car registration number as Business Parking Heathrow operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. When you arrive at the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your booking reference. Take the ticket then the barrier will open and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop where you can then transfer to the airport. If you experience any difficulties when entering the car park just press the help button.

Departure Procedures

Courtesy coaches transferring you back to the car park are located outside the terminal on the ground floor. Check the bus Information panel for details of bus stop number. Tell the driver where you have parked (i.e.Zone B, Bus Stop 2).
Once back at the car park drive to the exit barriers, insert your entry ticket into the machine. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If you experience any difficulties pres the help button for further assistance.

Heathrow Business Parking Terminals 1 - 3 Transfers

Transfers operate 24 hours a day to terminals 1 - 3 every few minutes, taking approximately 8 minutes depending on time of day between 05.00 and 23.30. Outside these hours please use the intercom at the bus stop or if at the airport use the phone to call a bus.

From the M25 - Follow the signs for Heathrow airport and exit onto M4 direction London. Then continue with the directions from M4 below.

From the M4 - Leave the motorway at Junction 4. Follow the signs for Heathrow Airport, turn left at the last exit before airport tunnel signposted Business Parking. At the roundabout turn right and then turn right again at the traffic lights on the Northern Perimeter Road. Follow the Business Parking signs to the car park.
