Arrival Procedures

At the entry barrier, the machine will print a ticket which will show your car registration number. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated. Then catch the courtesy coack to terminal 4.

Departure Procedures

Courtesy coaches transferring you back to the car park are located outside the terminal on the ground floor. Check the bus Information panel for details of bus stop number. Please tell the driver where you have parked (i.e.Zone C, Bus Stop 4). Out of hours use phone at stop.
Once back at the car park drive to the customer services office next to the exit to have your ticket validated before you leave the car park.

Business Parking Heathrow T4 Transfers

Transfers operate 24 hours a day to terminal 4 every 1 - 2 minutes, taking approximately 3 minutes.

Disabled facilities: There are disabled parking bays next to the customer services office. Please note though that the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. Therefore if you need wheelchair access you will need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.

From the M25 - Leave the motorway at Junction 14 of the M25 and take the A3113 to Terminal 4 (follow signs for T4 and Cargo). Continue straight over 3 roundabouts, after 3rd roundabout (opposite the RSPCA Quarantine Centre) continue for about 100 yards then move into the right filter lane. After turning right, you'll see Business Parking Terminal 4 on your right.
