Arrival Procedures

When booking this car park please make sure you enter your correct car registration number as Long Stay Heathrow T5 parking operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. When you arrive at the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your car registration details. Take the ticket then the barrier will open and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop where you can then transfer to the airport.

Departure Procedures

To transfer back to the car park from terminal 5, go to courtesy bus stop and wait for the transfer bus back to the car park.

Drive to the the exit barrier and insert the ticket you were issued upon entry. The barrier will open and you my proceed to exit. If your booking reference is not printed on your ticket or you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Heathrow Long Stay Terminal 5 Transfers

Transfers operate 24 hours a day to terminal 5 every 10 minutes, taking between 5 - 7 minutes depending on time of day between 05.30 and 23.30. An on request service operates outside these hours and you should request a transfer using the intercoms at the bus stops.

From the M25 - Leave the motorway at Junction 14 and follow signs for terminal 5 and Long Stay parking. At the terminal 5 roundabout, take the first exit (left into Wright Way). Follow the road through a traffic light junction, a roundabout and a further traffic light junction onto the Western Perimeter Road. After a further two mini roundabouts, past the T5 Business Car Park on the left, the entrance to Long Stay parking is on the right hand side.

From the M4 - Leave motorway at Junction 4 and take M4 spur road towards Heathrow airport. Follow overhead signs for Business and Long Stay parking, keeping to the left. At Heathrow Welcome Island stay in second lane from left marked ‘Other Areas’. Turn left onto 'East Ramp' slip road, following signs towards Business (T5). Pass the police station and continue onto the Nene roundabout and take third exit signed Business (T5). At traffic signals turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road West following signs for Long Stay (T5). Proceed straight on and the entrance to Long Stay (T5) is on the left just after Business Parking (T 1- 3).
