Arrival Procedures

Drive straight to the airport departures terminal and follow the instructions below. At your departing terminal report to the Valet Parking office and an NCP representative will undertake a damage check on your car and help you with unloading your luggage if required.

Directions to Terminals 1 - 3

Exit the M4 at Junction 4 or the M25 at Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1 and 3.

Terminal 1: Heathrow Airport, TW6 1AP

Proceed up the departure ramp and stay in the left hand lane, the Valet Parking office is located at the end of this slip-road on the left with a 30 bay parking area. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport.

Terminal 3: Heathrow Airport, TW6 1QG

Proceed toward departures staying in the far right lane, the Valet office is situated at the end of this lane with five parking spaces reserved. Park here and report to the office. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport.

Directions to Terminal 4

Exit the M4 at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.

Terminal 4: Heathrow Airport, TW6 3XA

As you approach terminal 4 drive to the LHR Meet and Greet reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays and report to the office. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport.

Directions to Terminal 5

Exit the M4 at Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to Junction 14. Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 5. The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road.

Terminal 5: Heathrow Airport, TW6 2GA

As you approach terminal 5 proceed up the ramp onto the departure level forecourt and stay in the far right-hand lane, follow this to the end where there are 10 Valet Parking bays on your left. Park here and proceed into the reception office in the centre of the concourse where you will booked in. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport.

Departure Procedures

Once through baggage reclaim and customs follow the instructions below.

Terminal 1 - Go to the departures area, exit the building, go down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 3 - When you clear customs call 0208 976 9611. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops.

Terminal 4 - Go to the departures area, exit the building, go down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Terminal 5 - Once you have cleared customs please call 0208 976 9614. Your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.
