  • Pre-Book & Save: Pre booking your parking guarantees your space at Pink Elephant, essential in the height of summer, plus it will save you money!
  • Transfers: Transfers operate 24 hours a day to Terminals 1, 2 & 3 every few minutes from 05.00-23.30, outside these hours transfers are on request. Transfer time is 10 minutes.
  • Security: This car park is manned 24 hours a day, with security fencing, CCTV and frequent patrols by security vehicles.
  • Services: On site help vehicles provide free battery re-charges if required.
  • Minimum Stay: 6 days
  • Parking Procedure: On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the designated area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer.
  • Retrieval Procedure: On your return get on a courtesy coach back to the car park. To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at your Terminal to catch the Pink Elephant Bus. On returning to your car drive to Customer Services and Park. Hand over your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket. If you require a transfer from the terminal outside the normal hours (05.00-23.30) please call the car park direct.
  • Directions: Exit the M4 at junction 4 following the signs for Heathrow Airport, turn left at the last exit before airport tunnel signposted Business Parking. At the roundabout turn right and then turn right again at the traffic lights on to the Northern Perimeter Road. Follow the Pink Elephant signs to the car park.
