Arrival Procedures

Simply drive to the car park and park outside the reception area. Check in and take with you your booking confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you. Then hop on the courtesy minibus for a free transfer to any of the terminals.

Departure Procedures

Once you have cleared customs call Purple Parking on the freephone number given to you on check-in and you will be collected from a designated bus stop. Transfer back to the car park on the courtesy bus then go to reception with your receipt. You will be given your keys and you can then collect your car which will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

Heathrow Purple Parking Transfers

Transfers operate 24 hours a day every 15 minutes to all terminals taking just 15 minutes. Please note that there is an on demand service between 00:00 and 04:00.

From the M4 - Leave the motorway at Junction 3 and follow A312 north signposted Hayes and Western International Market. After 500 yards at the first roundabout turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road. Go past Western International Market and after about 500 yards go straight over a mini-roundabout. The road bears to the left over a canal. Brent Road is on the left at the next mini-roundabout and Purple Parking is at the very end of Brent Road after bearing right at the International Trading Estate.
