Arrival Procedures

Simply drive to the car park and park outside the reception area. Unload your car then check in and take with you your booking confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you. Then hop on the courtesy minibus for a free transfer to any of the terminals.

Departure Procedures

Once you have cleared customs call Quality Airport Parking on the number given to you on check-in and you will be collected from a designated bus stop. Transfer back to the car park on the courtesy bus then go to reception with your receipt. You will be given your keys and you can then collect your car which will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

From the M4 - Leave the motorway at Junction 3. Follow A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the roundabout turn right on the A4 (Bath Road) towards Terminals 1 - 3. Quality Airport Parking is approx. 1 mile down the A4 on your left, next to the Premier Inn.
