Arrival Procedures
Simply drive to the car park and park outside the reception area. Unload your car then check in and take with you your booking confirmation or quote your booking reference, and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you. Then hop on the courtesy minibus for a free transfer to Heathrow.
Departure Procedures
Once you have cleared customs call Reeds Parking on the number given to you on check-in and you will be collected from a designated bus stop. Transfer back to the car park on the courtesy bus then go to reception with your receipt. You will be given your keys and you can then collect your car which will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

From the M4 - Leave the motorway at Junction 5 and follow the B470 towards Datchet. After 1/4 mile take the first left. At the end of the road turn left on B376. At the mini roundabout turn right (2nd exit) into Welley Road towards Wraysbury. Go over the bridge through a set of traffic lights and Reeds Service Park is 800 yards on your left after the railway bridge.
From the M25 Southbound - Leave the motorway at Junction 14 (Heathrow terminal 4) and exit roundabout via Horton Road towards Poyle. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Stanwell Road towards Horton/Datchet. Stay on this road, drive through Horton to join the Datchet Road. At the roundabout go left into Welley Road (B376) towards Wraysbury Go over the bridge (through traffic lights) Reeds Service Park is 800 yards on your left after railway bridge.
From the M25 Northbound - Leave the motorway at Junction 13 (A30 / B376) Staines / Egham and follow signs for Wraysbury / Datchet (B376) and take Wraysbury Road B376. This becomes Staines Road after 200 yards. After 3/4 mile turn left into Windsor Road. After 800 yards this turns sharp right to become Welley Road(B376), Reeds Service Park is 500 yards on your right.
