Arrival Procedures

When you arrive at Click Park find a space, park up, unload your luggage and proceed to reception. Take your booking confirmation and car keys to reception. You will be required to leave your keys with them, but they will give you a receipt which you will need to keep for your return. Then just board the courtesy transfer bus to terminal 4 outside reception.

Departure Procedures

Once through customs exit terminal 4 and proceed to bus stop 27 where you must catch the transfer bus back to Click Park. Then just go to reception with your receipt. Your car will be in a bay outside reception, just take your receipt to reception where you will be given your car keys.

From the M4 - Leave the motorway at Junction 3. At the motorway roundabout take the exit onto the A312 towards Heathrow and Feltham. Go straight on at the traffic light junction. After about a mile you will come to the Waggoners Roundabout continue straight on. At the junction with the A30, turn right onto the A30. Go straight on at two sets of traffic lights, then take the terminal 4 slip road. The car parks are signposted from this point. As you approach the terminal 4 roundabout, stay in the left lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next roundabout, the Beacon Road roundabout, take the first exit onto Beacon Road, which is signposted central London, Staines and the A30. At the next roundabout take the fifth exit onto Sanctuary Road, signposted quarantine station. The entrance to Click Park is the first left, opposite the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.

From the M25 - Leave the motorway at Junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow terminal 4. At the motorway roundabout take the exit onto the A3113 Airport Way. At the first roundabout continue straight onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Go straight on at the next roundabout and a further three sets of traffic lights. At the next roundabout, (Beacon Road roundabout), take the third exit onto Beacon Road, signposted central London, Staines and the A30. At the next roundabout take the fifth exit onto Sanctuary Road, signposted quarantine station. The entrance to Click Park is the first left, opposite Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.
